The information on this website is general information about our services and UK immigration and family law. It is not legal advice and should not be relied on as such. Using this site or contacting us does not create a solicitor–client relationship; that begins only once we have agreed to act and issued a client care letter.

Immigration and family law change frequently. We take care to keep content current but make no guarantee that everything is complete or up to date at the time you read it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on website content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Price match

Where another solicitors' firm regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) in England and Wales has quoted you a lower professional fee for the same service, we will match that fee, subject to the following conditions:

• The quote must be genuine, in writing (for example a letter, an email, or a fixed fee published on the firm's website), and no more than 30 days old when you show it to us.
• The comparison must be like-for-like: the same service, the same scope of work, and the same level of service.
• The match applies to professional fees only. It does not cover disbursements (such as Home Office application fees, the Immigration Health Surcharge, or court fees), VAT, or work charged at an hourly rate.
• The quote must be provided before we agree to act and issue a client care letter. The match cannot be applied retrospectively to work already instructed or completed.
• We may contact the issuing firm to verify a quote, and we reserve the right to decline a match where a quote is not genuine or where the work could not properly be carried out at that price.
• The price match cannot be combined with any other offer or discount, and it may be withdrawn or amended at any time (this will not affect any match already agreed in writing).
